By booking or using services from AS-BROWN STUDIOS, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Policy
Bookings must be made in advance via WhatsApp, call, email, or our online form. A deposit may be required to confirm your session.
2. Studio Use
Please respect studio property, staff, and time. Any damage caused will be billed to the client.
3. Payment
All payments are due at the end of your session unless otherwise agreed. Mobile Money and cash are accepted.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may attract a fee.
5. Copyright
All photos and videos created by AS-BROWN STUDIOS remain the intellectual property of the studio unless a rights transfer is explicitly agreed.
